Channel Treatments

The SRCLA received permits to create navigation channels on four lakes. These permits cover both invasive and native weeds, and are intended to provide access to the main parts of the Chain. Great Northern was treated on Thursday, June 25th and the other lakes on Friday, June 26th.

NOTE: The DNR considers five lakes to be part of Cedar Island Lake, which is why one of the two maps below is labeled as it is. Most of the treatments on the 26th took place on Koetter and East Lakes.
